About This gondola lift offers a breathtaking scenic experience in the heart of Canada’s Coast Mountains. Suspended a record 1,430 feet above the valley floor, the Peak 2 Peak Gondola transports you over an almost two-mile-long span between Whistler and the Blackcomb Mountains year-round.

The new world class Peak2Peak Gondola opened in 2008. It provides visitors with double mountain access on a peak level. The gondola has the worldwide longest unsupported span (3.024 kilometers). With its 436 meters above the valley floor it is the highest lift of its kind.
